"We know that our society demands fast reforms. We believe that with the launch of this program we will be able to bring up a squad of new professionals who will gain new knowledge, get insight into best practices in public finance management, build up new horizontal contacts in the course of this program and thus will help to speed up the reforms which are acutely needed for our country", Oxana Markarova said.
According to the deputy finance minister, public needs to undergo a transformation from officialdom to service for the government to make correct management decisions.
