Deputy Finance Minister in charge for European integration and financial policy attends Kyiv international economic forum to participate in panel discussion on international financial support for Ukraine.On September 8, a panel discussion took place as a part of Kyiv international economic forum 2015 which was attended by deputy Minister of Finance Artem Shevalyov who is in charge for European integration and financial policy. The key subject of the discussion was international financial support for Ukraine and its capability to restart the Ukrainian economy. The participants expressed their joint opinion that the loans granted to Ukraine should not only be spent for macroeconomical stabilization, but should also be invested into the real sector of the economy (as investments or loans)."International financial support means loans which demand discipline to be re-paid. It’s the discipline in the reforms implementation which is a driving force for the economy and economic growth". This opinion was the key point in the statement of deputy Finance Minister Artem Shevalyov during the panel discussion staged at Kyiv international economic forum 2015. Artem Shevalyov is sure: foreign loans should also be made available for the development of the real sector of the Ukrainian economy. «We must search for international support for the real sector of the Ukrainian economy», the speaker emphasized.
