On April 15, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman introduced the new Minister of Finance, Oleksandr Danylyuk, to the Ministry’s team. Oleksandr Danylyuk was assigned to his new position on April 14.
Introducing the Minister of Finance, the Prime Minister noted: “I am well aware that the team of the Ministry of Finance has been doing its utmost to move things forward. I consider that my core task is to support reforms including those prepared by this Ministry”.
The new Minister of Finance expressed his thanks for the trust given to him and mentioned new challenges to the Ministry of Finance.
Oleksandr Danylyuk also assured that he will be pursuing the reforms already launched by the Ministry of Finance and will be doing his best so that the Minister of Finance remains the driving force of many reforms in Ukraine.“We will be doing our job properly to keep the financial system stable and running smoothly.
Our task is to use the capacities of our Ministry to 150 per cent”, the Minister of Finance said.
