To create a modern and service-oriented customs authority whose operation will be in line with the national strategy and international standards as well as will cover the needs of the respective stakeholders based on effective management and operation planning.
• Elaboration and implementation of the working strategy of the customs authority which shall ensure the execution of the key tasks in the most effective and efficient way;
• Creation of a rational organization structure contributing to the effective implementation and monitoring of the strategy policy both at the management and operational level;
• Creation of mechanisms to support the management process.
